When your phone’s battery runs low, what do you do? You charge it right? But what about if YOUR battery runs low? Here are 10 easy things you can do to prevent your battery from depleting your power:
- Take a walk.
- Take a 20 minute nap.
- Get involved with a fun project.
- Be around people who make you laugh.
- Watch a funny show or movie.
- Smile at a stranger. It is contagious. It makes both you and others feel better.
- Eat and smell an orange or a peppermint. It will energize you and taste yummy too!
- Call a friend.
- Journal.
- Give back. Something as small like holding a door for someone, buy a cup of coffee for a stranger, or donating food or clothes to a local charity.
